It can be a faster and cheaper means of reaching resolution than through litigation. Certainly it is less confronting. It is a process very suited to Family Provision Act claims against deceased estates, general family law and civil disputes, including;

Family Law Property & Financial matters on separation and/or divorce

Disputes about work place relations.
